The factory Hot Side Tube often fails due to its two-piece design. The team at HSP Diesel saw this and redesigned the Hot Side Pipe to be a single-piece design. Also using high-strength silicone boots at both ends you are able to have the peace of mind that the common failure point is removed. Using mandrel bends the Hot Side Tube is increased in size to 3 Inch to increase flow up to 40 Percent over the factory style.

The factory cold side that comes equipped on the LML Duramax is often a part that is overlooked. Many people worry about the often failing Hot Side tube but don't look twice at the cold side. We see this because while it is not as common to fail as the hotside we do often see that the LML Cold Side tube is restrictive to the charge air system. To fix this HSP Diesel increased the size of the Cold Side Pipe to 3 Inch also using mandrel bends the HSP Diesel cold side pipe reduces turbulence and increases flow. When paired with the rest of the parts in the Intercooler Charge Pipe Bundle the Cold Side Tube is a game-changer.
